Invictus AeroTech was an Aviation and Technology consulting firm based in Southern California, a global hub in the aerospace and IT industries. We were a diverse and inclusive company that enjoyed the unique challenges of working with clients from all over the globe.

During our operations, we worked closely with various talent from many sectors of the aerospace and IT fields, allowing us to bring together ideal partners to meet the specific needs of our clients' projects.

Invictus AeroTech operations ceased on December 31, 2025. The founding team is now establishing Invictus Flugtechnik GmbH i.G. in Berlin, Germany to continue the vision of the original company.

Dan Reynolds

Founding Managing Member

Dan, an avid world traveler, passionate about both the aviation and information technology fields, founded Invictus AeroTech to combine those passions in a consulting enterprise. With a B.A. degree in General Studies with an IT emphasis coupled with a wide-ranging career in the airline industry inclusive of Flight Operations (Dispatch) and In-Flight, both frontline and management, along with program development, tech writing and training, Dan brought extensive experience to the company. In addition to his professional endeavors, Dan has served on the Board of Directors of an aviation-based Diversity and Inclusion organization. Dan is now part of the team founding Invictus Flugtechnik GmbH i.G. in Berlin, Germany.

Steven Reynolds

Founding Team Member

Steven Reynolds is a professional airline pilot and aviation leader with more than two decades of experience in global flight operations, safety, training, and organizational leadership. He currently flies the Boeing 777 internationally and has accumulated over 16,000 flight hours. His career includes participation in high-profile operational milestones, fatigue risk management research, and safety initiatives supporting complex international operations. Beyond the flight deck, Steven has served in senior volunteer leadership roles with the Air Line Pilots Association, including seven years as Vice Chair of the Mentor Committee, helping guide thousands of pilots through training and professional development. He also provides aviation consulting and advisory services, drawing on deep operational, safety, and organizational experience to support airlines, organizations, and creative projects. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Concordia University Irvine, blending operational expertise with a strong foundation in leadership and human factors. Steven is now part of the team founding Invictus Flugtechnik GmbH i.G. in Berlin, Germany.
